    Kudos to the brewery, indeed. And what a totally fucked-up party concept from Ksubi.

    I was just imagining the defence lawyer in the court room explaining to the judge that the woman in question had been drinking alcohol, with her top off … etc etc.

    Well yes. Under NSW licencing law that kind of targeted promotion is illegal, even with shirts on.
    I don’t know how much political kudos is due to Fosters, it’s more likely that they ran the promotion past someone with a clue about RSA.
    And though it’s not alcohol related I’ll reproduce this from the SMH:

    (b) putting a nude woman on the invitation who appeared to be cavorting with a rather large turtle.

    Oh, to be a fly on the wall at the office of the graphic designer who took the request. A… turtle you say?
