It is for no one but me to decide where and with whom (if anyone at all) I birth my children. This has awakened a fire within me and I will not stop until I know I have done everything I can to let the government and the broader public know what I think of this proposed legislation. Just for the record I had both of my children in hospital and wished I never set foot in the place. This not only effects woman today, but future generations. We can not sit back and wait for someone else to take up the fight, we all - irregardless of choosing to have children or not - need to stand together and fight for our basic human right of having bodily autonomy.
