Would have been nicer if I hadn’t had to wait weeks to see an Ear-Nose-Throat specialist for less than five minutes to hear that my bump in my mouth* that refuses to go away is nothing to worry about.
*1cm diameter, hard palate, just left of the medial line and about 2cm behind my gumline.

Good news indeed tigtog! :-)
Been there, done that, not with your variety of worrying lump, but with a couple of other worrying lumps. It’s a bad place to be, trying to carry on as usual, trying not to worry, but at the same time having a nagging little worry in the back of your mind that on occasion explodes into full blown nighttime horrors. I’m glad to hear your good news. And may you have a very relaxed weekend.
Oh fantastic. I am so glad.
Phew! Celebratory glass or two must be in order.
In solidarity:
I discovered a torus mandibularis when I was in my twenties. Freaky time until the dentist soothed my nerves. I don’t know why it came up though, I’m not a grinder.
Thanks, everyone. It definitely was a Phew! moment. Several celebratory glasses were hoisted last night!
