Parking Permit scheme collecting sensitive medical information – for no reason
It is a violation of Australian privacy law to collect private medical information, which is specifically designated “sensitive information”, without a damn good reason. Is anyone making a noise about this?

Others please take note. This is how an apology is done – regret and responsibility. No “if people were offended” bullshit where the responsibility for outrage is weaselled from the perpetrator(s) to those who call it out.

It’s hard enough to write a sitcom when you don’t have to worry about the potential for defamation issues and being overtaken by news developments between filming and airing. I have no idea why somebody thought that it was a great idea to shackle their sitcom with such stultifying constraints.
