Yes, the bloggers here are feminists, although they also have other interests. Our opinions are our own: we don’t represent all feminists, nor all women either.

tigtog is also the founder of Finally, A Feminism 101 Blog, where Frequently Answered Questions about basic feminist theory and activism are collated so that intermediate/advanced feminist discussions elsewhere don’t keep on having their discourse derailed by those seeking introductory information.

If a commenter is confused about basic feminist issues, send them to FF101 instead and encourage them to follow the links to further reading, then they can join in the more advanced discussions knowledgeably if they wish.
