Listed on google news: women die more often from heart attacks than men due to lack of treatments, such as those given to men. Articles on Reuters, AFP, other places, notes that research has been done on men. What aggravates me more than the obvious, is that not much change since 1995 when articles noted no research of women and heart attacks. My sister-in-law died of a heart attack at age 49, her first, a not big “noisey” attack in 1995. She’d never been given a stress test despite being mildly diabetic and having had her father die of heart attack at age 52.
