So “Jeff” above proceeded to leave threats on Feministe that he would physically abuse a woman tonight in Tallahassee, Florida in retaliation for being banned on Feministe. Interestingly, after I noted that I intended to contact the police in Tallahassee with his IP details and email addresses, I found that I can’t get through to their website (but downforeverybodyorjustme.com shows it as up for others – confirmed that at least one US based commentor on Facebook can reach them). I would be interested to know whether other Aussies can also not reach http://www.talgov.com/tpd/, because that would seem to be a
mightmite telling, don’t you think?That site is coming up for me TT.
I can also see it and ironically the headline showing when it opened was ‘Report crime from anywhere’.
I left them a message through their Facebook page anyway, so we’ll see whether they get back to me. “Jeff” may well be a mere keyboarding blowhard, but then again he could be somebody who rationalises serial assaults on others based on what somebody says to him on the internet. I wouldn’t be placing a bet either way right this moment.

I saw the fuller version of the otter video where a woman found it in her car and she and the man in the gif are trying to get it out but it is on for a play. They both seemed, to me, to have some experience with otters as neither tried to touch it. I probably would have tried to pick it up and been bitten or clawed.
I offer a parade of pelican holders as a unicorn chaser.

Did some car dancing to embarrass the kids. Look in the backseat and they are both fast asleep. Fail.

After a weekend of extra kids sleeping over (or not sleeping, as the case may be) and a very uncharacteristic attack of “clean all the things” I have hit the wall. I’m so tired I don’t feel safe driving but I’ve had to taxi kids to lessons all afternoon anyway, it’s not a nice feeling. And I still have my own singing lesson to go to at 8:30 tonight. More coffee.
There have been Islamic demonstrations in Dhaka. I see fifteen people have been killed and over sixty injured. At one point, demonstrators were shouting, “Atheists must be hanged.” When will the world be rid of religious terror?
