Thanks to Susoz, I now know we have an Australian netroots progressive activism group a la MoveOn.org in the States, which is Get Up!

MoveOn did some credible work in fundraising and lobbying at the last US election. It will be interesting to see what we can do with GetUp here. Their first ad is about the AWB scandal.

    er, *blush*? Ta, chook for the compliment. My snark is a pale shadow of the outpourings of Twisty’s mighty obstreperal lobe, and I am sadly Golden- Retriever-free, but always glad to see a fellow blamer.
