Elizabeth: The Golden Age “begins filming in April 2006 in the UK” apparently. I hope it lives up to the first film, which is an all-time fave of mine despite the glaring historical inaccuracies (does anyone know of a site that’s actually counted up the anachronisms?).

Cate Blanchett and Geoffrey Rush return as ER and Walsingham, and Owens gets to swish his cloak as Sir Walter Raleigh.
