The TWENTY-FIFTH Edition of the Down Under Feminists Carnival is out, and it’s a doozy!
Hosted by Rachel Hills at Musings of an Inappropriate Woman, the carnival features a huge range of reading from feminist bloggers in New Zealand and Australia:
This month’s edition features writing on motherhood, men’s magazines, the EFA’s “tell your mum campaign”, Jason Akermanis, slut shaming, and much, much more.
Grab yourself some browser tabs, some time, and a cup of tea.
The next carnival will be hosted at a shiny new coin. Submit your June posts, or those any other Australian or New Zealander feminist, at blogcarnival. If you can’t access the blogcarnival captcha, you can email submissions this month to shinynewcoin at gmail dot com.
Please spread the word about this carnival (including the links in this post) to your feminist blogging networks. Many thanks to the amazing people who have supported this carnival as it has grown, and contributed to its strength.
For more information about the carnival, and about how to volunteer to host a carnival, see the main Down Under Feminists Carnival page. The carnival is looking for more hosts from October 2010.
