wedgetailed eagles
ducks demanding food outside our door
magpies trying to steal the ducks’ food we ended up giving them
fairy wrens coming to scavenge the crumbs left by the ducks
other ducks minding their own business on the dams

marsh hens

They’ve all been enjoying the rain.

A dam in the foreground, a vine covered low hill, then a mountain range to the left and a dramatic cloudy sky with a few blue patches to the right

The clouds cling to the Brokenback Range while the sky clears over the valleys

  1. Love Pokolbin. Very soothing to the soul. Don’t miss Tamburlaine in the inevitable wine tasting rounds.

  2. Aho, the megapode!

  3. Can’t believe it took me a week to think of linking this.

  4. That is quite brilliant TimT. I love Larson’s sense of humour.
