I must apologise for slacking off on the Whoydensday posts recently — I have been much consumed with trying to find a new place to live, a dodgy home internet connection, and trying to get some small amount of uni work done on top of that, but Tigtog reminded me that the trailer for the Easter special, Planet of the Dead, has been released online, and this cannot be ignored! Even if it is technically Thursday!

I can't do one at the moment myself, because I'm in the office at uni, and while my fellow students were happy for me to watch it once, I'm pretty sure they'd become annoyed pretty quickly if I kept re-watching and stopping and starting it, as would be required for the transcription process.]

Coool!!! What series is this? (what series is currently being shown – and was there an episode on this last tuesday? )
The current series isn’t a series as such – there are four hour-long specials this year, of which this is the first. I wonder of those things are anything like the critters that attacked the Boe’shane Peninsula in Captain Jack’s flashbacks.
The other three are grouped around this coming Christmas – they are connected, though not to the point of being a three parter. I have heard a rumour that the Master will be involved in those, though no confirmation of it.
Given that it’s Doctor Who, I think there ought to have been a Halloween one.
*sigh*
