Thursday Internet Tradition: I am aware of all Internet traditions

Having extensively documented our lolcat expertise over several years and said a fond farewell, the Hoydens are now shaping up to share with you our wide ranging knowledge of All Internet Traditions. Yes all of them. And what better place to start than the I Am Aware of All Internet Traditions tradition?

Mr Spock from Star Trek
Spock: I am aware of all Internet traditions.

Of course he is!

This is an open Aware of All Traditions thread.

Please post a link to a FULL webpage, rather than a direct link to an image only – that is, no URLs with .jpg, .png, .gif (etc) on the end. This makes our admin image magic quicker and easier. Just copy and paste what’s in your URL bar, and we’ll go fetch the embed code. **If you post the embed code, it will be automatically stripped out.** Thanks!

  1. I’ve recently been delighted by lindy hop’s co-opting memes: swing dance memes. They’ll probably make no sense to a non-dancer, but I luuuuurve them.

  2. …also I have no idea what this thread is supposed to be about, so I am making it belong me. kthxbai

  3. I’m aware that the lolcat is disconnected here, but I’m never gonna give you up not ready to let go, yet.

  4. *discontinued* not disconnected – I think that I need to disconnect!

  5. This one is one of my all time favourites:

    He touches all internet traditions with his noodly appendage

  6. I am awear of all Internet Tradishens!!!!

    It looks like you are unaware of internet traditions. What would you like to learn about?
    * Rickrolling
    * Proper use of blockquotes
    * Detesting anyone with different opinions
    * Porn

    One of my faves.

  8. Ah yes, the rickroll.
    I’m bringing back the “Friday Dogblogging” tonight, which I have neglected shamefully in previous months.
    I like the Tumblr tradition of animated gifs, usually expressing exasperation!
