  • This morning I am preemptively addressing SAD

    It’s one of those gorgeous brisk sunny winter mornings in Sydney, so I am working at the beach. My iPhone tells me that the temperature is 14 degrees Celsius, and it feels like it in the wind, but I am up in one of the picnic shelters facing the sun and out of the wind, so I might soon haveto take my fleecy off.     So, does any reader work for a company which has prioritised normalising promotion/pay structures for employees who made sacrifices during the GFC? Or are you one of the many being overlooked while restoring company profits for the benefit of shareholders takes priority?
