I wonder how often organisations receive responses to invitations along the lines of this:
Regretfully, we cannot accept due to high ethical standards.
Perhaps if more people were so perfectly blunt instead of giving vague excuses when they don’t want to be near those who have their snouts deep in various troughs, some sense of shame might be awakened so that those troughs won’t be piled so high?
