Here in Vic, it’s still cold for much of December (this may change, of course, with climate change.) I planted some basil and bok choy early but it just sulked. The basil’s now maturing but the bok choy has bolted straight to seed, despite regular w*a*t*e*r*ing (don’t want the police to come after me 😉 )
