Even if he doesn’t have to pay the money, the fact that someone has demonstrated that it could be done has to be extraordinarily damaging to his case. He’ll be lucky if he isn’t sued by his client. Massive FAIL.
How arrogant do you have to be to issue a nationwide challenge which essentially says “I dare anyone to prove that I do not have a watertight defence” in an ongoing case? I mean, quite apart from the money. Seriously.
