    I got my internet back at lunchtime yesterday, but can I also tell you all how much I hate a company that advertises a dedicated FAULT line and then still makes you go through the standard autobot dialogue about why you are calling them? I RANG ON YOUR REPORT-A-FAULT LINE, WHY AREN’T I TALKING TO A TECH ALREADY?
