    What fun to read this post again. It’s too long since I’ve revisited the movie, and it’s a good age to watch it with my slightly older kids – I think it might make more sense to them now.

    Love this! I do feel for the Baroness though. She isn’t painted particularly sympathetically, but I get where she’s coming from. I like to think she went ‘Oh, well’ and went off and did something very fun elsewhere. Perhaps on her own… perhaps with a childless widower… :)
